Coding

Most of my coding is in Python 3. Typically, I develop my scripts within Jupyter notebooks files (.ipynb) and run the notebooks on JupyterHub servers on cloud virtual machines. As my work is funded from public resources, it is openly available for further reuse:

I am also maintaining several Python libraries published via PyPi:

  • tempun – to deal with temporal uncertainty in historical & archaeological datasets.
  • sddk – for writing and reading files to/from sciencedata.dk.
