Most of my coding is in Python 3. Typically, I develop my scripts within Jupyter notebooks files (
.ipynb) and run the notebooks on JupyterHub servers on cloud virtual machines. As my work is funded from public resources, it is openly available for further reuse:
I am also maintaining several Python libraries published via PyPi:
- tempun - to deal with temporal uncertainty in historical & archaeological datasets.
- sddk - for writing and reading files to/from sciencedata.dk.
